It was hard to say goodbye to host families…lots of hugs and kisses!

Thank you very much to all our host families for looking after our group so well.  We have some comments from the students:

Haruka said she enjoyed talking to you at dinner…and the dinner was very yummy!

Misaki said ‘I enjoyed the roast lamb and Christmas Pudding on Christmas day. I also enjyed talking to my host family and going shopping and to the national park with them. I love Australian and Noosa!  Thank you!’

Akari said, ‘My host mother’s dinner was very nice, and my host father’s cucumber salad was also very nice!   Playing with the puzzle with our host sister was good fun…they were a very very nice and funny family!’

Saano and Nana said that they enjoyed baking cookies with their host family.  They also enjoyed going to the beach witht hem and the big waves!  Nana enjoyed the biiiiiiiig turkey on Christmas day.  She says she got lots of presents and was very happy!

Boys, as usual…have fewer words than the girls!  Daiki and Yuji were very surprised at the lifestyle the host family had.  They felt it was very interesting and surprising.  daiki said it was a great experience w (though a little bit scary!) when he went out on the boat, and it was very special for him.
