Boomerang Painting (Perth)

The TAP students had a relaxing afternoon experiencing Australian Aboriginal Art  on Monday. To create their own boomerangs, they first traced their designs using some stencils of animals such as kangaroos, echidnas, snakes and turtles and Aboriginal symbols. Once they were happy with the designs, they started colouring them and used the dot painting technique which is commonly used in the Aboriginal art. After an hour of concentration, they managed to create their beautiful and colourful boomerangs!
