Week 7 of TAP Noosa – Hastings St Quiz, Mini Beach Olympics, Wildlife Q & Sunshine Plaza, Table Tennis, Movie & Popcorn

Monday – Hastings St Quiz

New TAPS on board for another action packed week ahead at Lexis. We welcomed our new students from Switzerland, Germany and Japan. For some of our existing TAPS they had a well rested weekend, whilst our new students recently stepped foot off the plane. Split into teams, the groups headed off to newly explore Hastings St. The quiz exploration was a great way for the TAPS to meet new students, check out the local area and work together through team bonding.

Every win was celebrated like an Olympic gold medal! The best part was the atmosphere, everyone was cheering, laughing, encouraging each other and enjoying the moment. Wednesday – Wildlife HQ & Sunshine Plaza

Our TAPS had a full day away from Campus to explore Australia’s wildlife. From the Big Pineapple to getting up close to Koalas, Emu’s and watching Kangaroos bask in the sun. The atmosphere was relaxed as our TAPS took their time to wonder through nature. Next stop Sunshine Plaza! The teens finished off the day with some Shopping.

Thursday – Table Tennis Tournament

It was a chilled out kind of arvo. Whether our TAPS were involved in the table tennis tournament, or catching up with their classmates on Campus, everyone felt relaxed in their setting. We had judges on the side of the net keeping a close score, and games of arm wrestling outside in the sun.

Friday – BBQ in the Park

Friday morning on Campus shared special moments with 16 of our TAPS graduating. We celebrated by some games in the park, eating yummy food on the barbie, and talking about our school experiences. These teens came from different countries, backgrounds, and cultures, but all ended up in the same place, sharing special memories of Noosa to take back home.
