Week 2 of our TAP Xplorer program has kicked off with plenty of excitement as we welcomed four new junior students from Japan and Turkey to join our current junior students from Taiwan and France to Perth. It has been wonderful to see everyone settling in, making new friendships, and embracing everything our beautiful city has to offer.
Our first few days have been packed with adventure and discovery. The students have enjoyed exploring some of Perth’s most iconic attractions, including Scitech, the Swan Bell Tower, Elizabeth Quay, London Court, and the vibrant suburb of Subiaco.
One of the highlights of our walk around Subiaco was discovering the colourful street art hidden throughout the streets. We even came across the famous Giant, which certainly made for some great photo opportunities!
To top off a fantastic afternoon, the students experienced a classic Australian childhood favourite—a delicious finger bun. It was a fun way to introduce them to a traditional local treat, and it was a big hit with everyone.
We can’t wait to see what the rest of Week 2 has in store as our students continue exploring Perth, learning about Australian culture, and creating unforgettable memories together.
